The black hat and Ray Bans you’ve seen before, but this little bargain of a dress went from $90 down to only $17! The belt is an add on that I got for free in a magazine, and without it the dress looks very “Picnic at Hanging Rock”. No matter how I wear it, very much in love with this piece!
